IMPORTANT NOTICE

Effective January 1, 2009, Tel-Instrument Electronic Corp will be discontinuing Repair and Parts support for the following legacy Test Sets:

 T-49 & T-48 Models Containing Software Revision 4.13 or less
T-47
T-47C/CC/CH
T-48D
T-48I & IC/IH
T-30C & T-30CMI

Tel-Instrument regrets having to discontinue these models but due to parts obsolescence we are unable to continue service on these Models. We will continue to Calibrate and perform Minor repairs until the unit becomes unserviceable but we recommend that you contact our Sales Department for a Trade-In value to upgrade to a current model.

Tel-Instrument Calibration and Repair Services will align and repair your equipment to a "like new" condition. Any and all software updates will automatically be installed "AT NO EXTRA CHARGE", thus ensuring you have the latest software and programming necessary to ensure full testing capability and performance. Our Repair and Calibration center utilizes the latest in testing equipment meeting and/or exceeding ANSI/ISO/IEC 17025:2000 and Z540.  If required, we will adjust the Test Set to within spec, and provide before and after measurements with each calibration. If your Test Set requires repair, Tel-Instrument has a "FIXED" repair cost that covers nearly 90% of all repairs that come through our doors.  Please contact our Customer Service Department for details on this service.
